He continues to stay on top of everything and replies back promptly, has a very professional demeanor, and is supportive and helpful in every way. If I ever had questions/issues with insurance related topics, my mother always told me to call Jon because he can help resolve them. That speaks volumes nowadays! I'd also like to note that one member of his team named Carole is flat out awesome. She is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and fast acting. I always have a smile on my face after I end the call with her. Absolute 5 star company who cares about their customers! I would highly recommend Jon from StateFarm to anyone! "I have to say that this has been the most pleasurable experience dealing with a tree limb falling on our house causing a quite large hole in the roof. everyone involved at State farm from our agent Jon Barron to the claim adjuster Chuck lick to even using the State farm app has been enjoyable and stress relieving. the claim adjuster was able to visit our house in a little over a week and a report written within 2 days. the report was surprisingly detailed and complete including cad drawings and description of the incident with damaged on and repairs needed. the settlement was very fair and State farm issued the check the same day as the report was issued. the check was not a release of liability but to help with the repairs as we move forward. very pleased and would highly recommend State farm, our agent Jon for homeowners insurance."
